We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may exchange or return it within 14 days of delivery. Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number!
Please e-mail us at support@fernandacarneiro.com to request a RMA number prior to shipping. Please note that we will only authorize returns or exchanges if the merchandise has not been worn, altered or washed and all original tags are attached. Merchandise will be inspected before a return or exchange is processed. We have the right to refuse a return or exchange if we see that the merchandise has been damaged or altered by the purchaser.
Once your return is processed, you will be refunded for the full purchase price, minus shipping and handling charges. You will be refunded the return shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturing defect. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We suggest you send your exchange or return package by registered or insured mail since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Refunds take approximately 5 to 7 business days to process upon receipt of the merchandise. Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice. |
